1Debe Entenderse Que Es Extensiva A Todos Los Miembros De La Comisión Geológica De Urabá, Inclusive El Personal De Trabajadores, El Beneficio De Que Goza El Jefe De Dicha Comisión Relativo A Que Sean De Cuenta Del Gobierno Los Gastos De Médico Y Medicinas, En Caso De Enfermedad Y Cuando Se Encuentren En Ejercicio De Sus Funciones, Tanto Los Causados Hasta La Fecha Como Los Que Se Originen En Adelante2Los Gastos Que Ocasione Todo El Personal Y Equipo De La Comisión Expresada, Por Razón De Movilización Y Transportes, De Que Habla El Artículo 4º Del Citado Decreto 1268 También Serán De Cargo Del Gobierno3En Los Términos Del Presente Queda Adicionado El Decreto 1268 De 1924
