1º Los Contratos Que Celebre El Instituto De Crédito Territorial, En Desarrollo De Los Acuerdos Que Expida La Junta Directiva De Ese Instituto Con Base En El Literal B) Del Artículo 1º Del Decreto-Ley 2033 De 1968, Se Someterán, En Lo Relacionado Con Inhabilidades E Incompatibilidades, Prohibiciones, Sujeción A La Ley Colombiana, Capacidad Y Competencia, A Las Normas Del Decreto-Ley 222 De 19832º Además De Los Requisitos Que Establezca La Junta Directiva Del Instituto De Crédito Territorial, Para Los Contratos Mencionados En El Artículo Anterior, Se Deberán Cumplir Los Siguientes: A) Paz Y Salvo Del Contratista Por Concepto De Impuesto A Las Ventas, Renta Y Complementarios; B) Registro Presupuestal, Y C) Pago De Impuestos De Timbre Y Publicación En El Diario Oficial, Por Cuenta Del Contratista3º El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición
