º Los contratos que celebre el Instituto de Crédito Territorial, en desarrollo de los acuerdos que expida la Junta Directiva de ese instituto con base en el literal b) del artículo 1º del Decreto-ley 2033 de 1968, se someterán, en lo relacionado con inhabilidades e incompatibilidades, prohibiciones, sujeción a la ley colombiana, capacidad y competencia, a las normas del Decreto-ley 222 de 1983. En los demás aspectos se seguirán las normas generales del Derecho Privado.
