1Article 11A Los Diplomáticos Colombianos Que Salgan Del País En Desempeño De Una Misión Oficial De Carácter Permanente, Se Les Podrá Autorizar Por Una Sola Vez Giros Adicionales Hasta Por El Doble Del Valor De Los Viáticos De Ida O Hasta Una Suma Igual A Dos Mensualidades Del Sueldo Que Se Les Asigne En El Exterior, Con El Objeto De Sufragar Sus Gastos De Instalación, Para Lo Cual Los Interesados Deberán Presentar Previamente A La Oficina De Registro De Cambios El Concepto Favorable Del Señor Ministro De Relaciones Exteriores Y Comprobar Que Disponen De Recursos Propios Suficientes2En Los Términos De La Presente Resolución Quedan Derogadas Todas Las Disposiciones Que Le Sean Contrarias3Esta Resolución Regirá A Partir De La Fecha De Su Aprobación Por El Gobierno Nacional
