Artículo único. Apruébase la siguiente Resolución de la Oficina de Registro de Cambios del Banco de la República: "RESOLUCION NUMERO 3 DE 1951 (JUNIO 12) por la cual se reglamenta la autorización de giros con destino a diplomáticos colombianos en el Exterior. La Oficina de Registro de Cambios del Banco de la República, en uso de las facultades que le confiere el Decreto número 0637 de 20 de marzo de 1951, RESUELVE:
