Artículo séptimo. Los fabricantes, importadores o vendedores darán a los comisionados del laboratorio Químico Nacional las informaciones que éstos solicitaren en relación con la fábrica, materias primas o productos elaborados, datos que servirán al Gobierno para reunir información económica y estadística necesaria para posteriores medidas sobre la materia. En el desempeño de sus funciones, tales comisionados tendrán libre acceso a las fábricas, depósitos y expendios, y gozarás del amparo y protección de las autoridades competentes.
