Los Consejos Profesionales Seccionales de Economía, elegirán de su seno un Presidente para períodos de dos (2) años y tendrán un secretario nombrado por el Consejo Nacional Profesional de Economía.

Parágrafo

Los miembros del Consejo Nacional Profesional de Economía y de los Consejos Seccionales que no lo sean por derecho propio, serán elegidos para períodos de dos (2) años, sin derecho a reelección.
