Art. 19. El empleado gravado con el Monte-pío, que deba pagarse a sí mismo, dará aviso de esto al Tesorero del Monte-pío en los primeros diez días de Enero, expresando cual es su grado militar y su sueldo fijo, y mensualmente se hará el descuento y lo remitirá al Tesorero del Monte-pío.
