º El Servicio De Banda Ciudadana Es Un Servicio Especial De Telecomunicaciones Que Tiene Por Objeto Atender Necesidades De Carácter Cultural O Científico Del Operador Y Permite Sólo La Telecomunicación De Voz A Corta Distancia , En La Forma V Condiciones Establecidas En Este Decreto, Sin Posibilidad Alguna De Suministrar Servicios A Otras Personas Ni Comercializar El Servicio

El servicio de banda ciudadana es un servicio especial de telecomunicaciones que tiene por objeto atender necesidades de carácter cultural o científico del operador y permite sólo la telecomunicación de voz a corta distancia, en la forma v condiciones establecidas en este Decreto, sin posibilidad alguna de suministrar servicios a otras personas ni comercializar el servicio.
