PRERROGATIVAS. Para el conveniente y eficaz logro de sus objetivos, el Fondo gozará de las siguientes prerrogativas

Para todos los efectos tributarios, el Fondo será considerado como Entidad sin ánimo de lucro;

Exención de impuesto de timbre, registro y anotación e impuestos nacionales, no cedidos a entidades territoriales;

Igualmente, estará exento de inversiones forzosas.
