º. Suspéndese el artículo 29 de la Ley 105 de 1927, y en consecuencia los Bancos y las Compañías de Seguros podrán ser gravados con impuesto de industria y comercio por los respectivos Municipios.

Parágrafo

Las tarifas de este gravamen para dichas instituciones deberán ser aprobadas por el Gobernador del Departamento, cuando no hayan sido fijadas por los Consejos Administrativos.
