Ley 81 de 1938 · Por la cual se ordena la entrega de unos baldíos al Municipio de Puerto Berrio

De las treinta hectáreas a que se refiere el Decreto número 960 de 1926 y la Resolución número 8 de 26 de abril de 1932, originarios del Ministerio de Industrias, cédese al Municipio de Puerto Berrío, con destino exclusivo al ensanche de la poblaci6n y para las obras y servicios públicos municipales, una extensión de veinte (20) hectáreas.

Las diez (10) hectáreas restantes quedan como reserva de la Nación para fomento y ensanche del puerto y para las demás obras y servicios nacionales.

El Gobierno procederá a hacer la demarcación y entrega de las respectivas porciones.
