Una vez aprobada la participación de que trata el artículo anterior, se conformará un comité integrado paritariamente por el organismo solicitante y el Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte (Coldeportes), que incluirá como asesores a los integrantes de la comisión técnica nacional del respectivo deporte y de la Comisión Nacional de Medicina y Ciencias Aplicadas al Deporte, el cual, dentro de los treinta días siguientes a la autorización, deberán elaborar un plan de preparación.
