Para La Prestación Del Servicio Público De Teléfonos Por Entidades O Personas Particulares, Se Requieren Contratos Celebrados Así: Con Los Respectivos Municipios, Si Se Trata De Servicios De La Clase A)-Servicio Municipal,-Y Con El Gobierno Nacional, Se Trata De Servicios De Las Clases B) Y C)-Servicio Intermunicipal O Servicio Interdepartamental-Los Contratos Que Se Celebren Con Los Municipios Necesitarán De La Aprobación Del Gobierno Nacional

º. Para la prestación del servicio público de teléfonos por entidades o personas particulares, se requieren contratos celebrados así: con los respectivos Municipios, si se trata de servicios de la clase a)-servicio municipal,-y con el Gobierno Nacional, se trata de servicios de las clases b) y c)-servicio intermunicipal o servicio interdepartamental-Los contratos que se celebren con los Municipios necesitarán de la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional.

Parágrafo

Para los servicios de la clase d) se requieren únicamente licencia del mismo Gobierno Nacional.
