Cada miembro del Consejo deberá ser experto reconocido en alguna de las siguientes especialidades; economía y finanzas; legislación de petróleos; tcnica de la industria del petróleo; administración de empresas. En el decreto reglamentario de esta Ley se determinará el especialista que debe nombrar cada una de las entidades a la cuales se atribuye el nombramiento.
