En desarrollo de las facultades extraordinarias contempladas en el artículo anterior el Presidente de la República podrá derogar, modificar o adicionar entre otros los siguientes decretos: 1211/90, 85/89, 1253/88, 94/89, 2584/93, 575/95, 354/94, 572/95, 1214/90, 41/94, 574/95, 262/94, 132/95, 352/97, 353/94 y las demás normas relacionadas con la materia.
