Articulo 9.° Adicional a dicha lista deberá enviarse la relación de los trabajadores cuya remuneración mensual sea superior a ochenta pesos ($ 80) y que tengan hijos legítimos menores de catorce años que estén a su cargo, cuando al tomar en cuenta la cantidad de siete pesos ($ 7) -por cada una de esas personas y restar el total de esta suma de la remuneración, resulte ser ésta inferior a ochenta pesos ($ 80),
