Artículo Primero . Las tasas establecidas en el Decreto Legislativo número 690 con la denominación de "Sellos de Garantía" para los medicamentos, alimentos y cosméticos nacionales o extranjeros licenciados, "Patentes de Sanidad" y "Carnets de Sanidad" empezaran a regir desde la incorporación de su estimativo en el Presupuesto Nacional, pero no antes del primero de abril del año en curso, y se harán efectivas de acuerdo con las normas establecidas en el presente Decreto. CAPITULO I Sellos de garantía.
