Con base en el nuevo recurso fiscal de que trata el artículo anterior, ábrese el siguiente crédito adicional -extraordinario- al Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia fiscal en curso:

Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.

Gastos de Administración, Auxilios y Otros.
