º . Definición. En adelante los fondos de fomento de servicios docentes, creados por el Decreto Extraordinario No. 102 de 1976 y reglamentados por el Decreto Ordinario No. 398 de 1990 se denominarán Fondos de Servicios Docentes, y existirán en todos los establecimientos educativos estatales. Tanto los fondos que actualmente existen como los que se creen a partir de la vigencia de la Ley 115 de 1994, deberán someterse a las normas del presente Decreto.
