Los dineros del Fondo se depositarán en un banco oficial de la localidad y se manejarán en cuenta especial, denominada Fondo de Fomento de Servicios Docentes del plantel -contra la cual se girará con la firma del Pagador del plantel y del ordenador del gasto-. Cuenta que será auditada por el revisor fiscal de la Contraloría General de la República o quien haga sus veces.
