° Las personas a quienes la Superintendencia Bancaria les conceda autorización para ejercer el corretaje de valores, estarán sujetas, en lo pertinente, a las mismas obligaciones que los artículos 25 y 26 del Decreto-ley 2969 de 1960 imponen a los miembros de las bolsas. Como garantía del fiel cumplimiento de las obligaciones de todo orden que contraigan en razón de su oficio, tales personas deberán constituir ante la Superintendencia Bancaria una caución en la cuantía y forma que ésta determine.
