Tendrán derecho a este bono extraordinario los empleados públicos de Bogotá D.C., que se encontraban vinculados al Distrito Capital a 10 de julio de 2008 y permanezcan vinculados a la fecha de publicación del presente decreto y que a 31 de diciembre de 2007, la asignación básica mensual de su empleo no sea superior a tres millones seiscientos noventa y dos mil pesos ($3.692.000.00) moneda corriente.
