El fondo debidamente constituido por el Icetex para tal fin tendrá como mínimo en reserva el veinte (20%) de los recursos que le sean transferidos por los establecimientos financieros de que trata el artículo 3° de la presente ley, para atender las solicitudes de reintegro efectuadas por los establecimientos antes mencionados.
