ARTICULO 283 . Excepción al deber de declarar . Nadie podrá ser obligado a declarar contra sí mismo o contra su cónyuge, compañera o compañero permanente o parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad o primero civil. Este derecho se le hará saber por el funcionario respectivo a todo imputado que vaya a ser interrogado, y a toda persona que vaya a rendir testimonio.
