Articulo 1º El artículo 8º del Decreto 749 de 1976 quedará así: "Articulo 1º Recibida la documentación a que se refiere el artículo 6° del presente Decreto, la Secretaría de Administración Pública; la avaluará, teniendo en cuenta los factores de necesidad de la entidad contratante y de idoneidad profesional de los beneficiarios".
