Las sumas cuya inversión se reglamenta por el presente Decreto, se entregarán a los Tesoreros que designen las respectivas Juntas, previa comprobación de haber otorgado fianza a satisfacción de la Contraloría General de la República, entidad a la cual rendirán las cuentas de su inversión, de conformidad con los reglamentos establecidos sobre el particular. Comuníquese y publíquese.
