Los Jueces de primera instancia que tengan jurisdiccion en el lugar de la residencia de las Aduanas o en aquellos en que se cometa el fraude o se haga aprehension de los objetos que debian ser decomisados, ... de las causas que se sigan por las infracciones espresadas en los casos 1.°, 2.°, 3.° i 5.° del artículo 325.
