Mediante la acción cambiaría el último tenedor del título puede reclamar el pago:

Del importe del título o, en su caso, de la parte no aceptada o no pagada;

De los intereses moratorios desde el día de su vencimiento;

De los gastos de cobranza, y

De la prima y gastos de transferencia de una plaza a otra.
