En las cuentas de ahorro de valor constante las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda reconocerán una tasa efectiva de interés hasta del 4% anual sobre el saldo mínimo trimestral expresado en Unidades de Poder Adquisitivo Constante -UPAC-, siempre y cuando éste sea igual o superior a dos Unidades de Poder Adquisitivo Constante - UPAC -. Para los efectos señalados en el presente artículo, los trimestres aquí mencionados concluirán el último día calendario de los siguientes meses: marzo, junio, septiembre y diciembre.
