Habrá un Comité Consultivo de la Rama Judicial integrado por los Presidentes del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, de la Corte Constitucional, del Consejo de Estado, por el Procurador General, el Fiscal General de la Nación, el Defensor del Pueblo, el Ministro de Justicia y un representante de los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama elegido por éstos. Este Comité servirá de foro para la discusión de las políticas, planes y programas de la administración de justicia. El Consejo Superior de la Judicatura deberá estudiar, tramitar y dar respuesta a las recomendaciones del Comité Consultivo. CAPITULO X Disposiciones Finales.
