De la partida señalada en el Capítulo 388-4144, del Presupuesto Nacional vigente, hácense la siguiente distribución para sostenimiento de las oficinas seccionales del Instituto Nacional de Capacitación y Perfeccionamiento del Magisterio de Enseñanza Primaria que funcionan en los Departamentos e Intendencias, así: Para las oficinas seccionales de Manizales, Medellín, Cali, Ibagué y Bucaramanga, a $4.000.00 cada una $ 20.000.00 Para las oficinas seccionales de Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Cúcuta, Montería, Quibdó, Neiva, Tunja, santa Marta, Popayán, Pasto, Riohacha y Villavicencio, a $3.000.00 cada una 39.000.00 Para la Oficina seccional de San Andrés, Isla 1.000.00 Total $ 69.000.00
