Artículo único. El artículo 4° del Decreto número 227, de fecha 12 de febrero, quedará así: «Artículo 4° El manejo de fondos, pago de gastos y rendición de cuentas a la Contraloría General de la República, estarán al cuidado del Administrador Subalterno de Hacienda Nacional de Honda, el cual debe hacer extensiva a este maneje la fianza que tiene hoy a favor de la Nación.»
