Podrán usarse como marcas las denominaciones de los objetos y los nombres de las personas, siempre que revistan una forma especial; los emblemas, los monogramas, escudos de armas, grabados, dibujos estampados, las viñetas, sellos, timbres, relieves, franjas, figuras, nombres de fantasía o arbitrarios; los números, letras, palabras y frases, cuando revistan una forma especial; las envolturas, empaques o envases do dos objetos, y cualesquiera otros signos que sirvan para distinguir la manufactura de una fábrica; los productos de las industrias agrícolas o extractivas o los objetos de un comercio.
