Si la licitación queda desierta por incumplimiento del rematante en cubrir el precio dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas hábiles siguientes a la diligencia, el 10% consignado se destinará para cubrir los gastos del remate y el resto ingresará al Fisco Nacional.
