Art. 1.° Créase en el Resguardo de la Administracion de Salinas de Cipaquirá una plaza de Cabo, con el sueldo anual de $ 660, i con destino al almacen de sal compactada. Este Cabo es auxiliar del Almacenista, i ejercerá sus funciones bajo la dependencia i direccion de dicho empleado.
