°. El gravamen arancelario establecido en el artículo 1° del presente decreto rige por el término de dos (2) años, contados a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia de este decreto. Vencido este término, se restablecerá el arancel contemplado en el Decreto 2153 de 2016 o las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
