A partir de la vigencia de la Ley 50 de 1984, está cedido a los Municipios de población inferior a 100.000 habitantes el producido del recargo del impuesto predial previsto en el artículo 10 de la Ley 128 de 1941, que constituye un ingreso ordinario de dichos Municipios. A partir de la misma fecha esta eliminado el aporte previsto en el artículo 13 de la Ley 128 de 1941, para los Municipios de población inferior a 100.000 habitantes.
