Los Oficiales, Suboficiales y Agentes de la Policía Nacional que se retiren a solicitud propia y con nota de buena conducta podrán ser reincorporados al servicio, por la autoridad que corresponda, siempre que el tiempo de retiro no sea mayor de dos años y que reúna los requisitos de edad, aptitud física y capacidad profesional.
