Los empleados a que se refiere el artículo 8º, tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y liquidación de horas extras diurnas y/o nocturnas, dominicales y festivos, en los mismos términos y condiciones señalados en las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia, cuando éstas superaren la jornada mensual promedio de ciento cincuenta y seis (156) horas, distribuidas en turnos de seis (6) horas diarias durante seis (6) días a la semana.
