Los Gobernadores, Prefectos, Alcaldes, Corregidores y demás autoridades nacionales, departamentales o municipales, los Inspectores, Directores y maestros de las escuelas quedan obligados a prestar apoyo a los médicos escolares en el desempeño de sus funciones. Los Municipios deberán atender oportunamente las observaciones que les sean comunicadas, sobre las condiciones sanitarias de los locales y mobiliarios que se destinen a las escuelas.
