ARTICULO 34. Menores. los menores de 16 años estarán sometidos a jurisdicción y tratamientos especiales. "Para todos los efectos, se considera penalmente inimputable el menor de dieciocho (18) años." (Artículo 165 Según Decreto 2737 de 1989.)
