Fíjanse las siguientes horas para la conferencia ó consulta diaria del Subsecretario y de los otros dos Jefes de Sección con el Ministro: Sección 1.ª, 2 á 3 de la tarde. Sección 2.ª', 3 á 4 de la tarde: Sección 3.ª, 4 á 5 de la tarde. Sin embargo el Ministro puede apartarse de esta fijación de horas y llamar cuando lo tenga a bien Subsecretario y á los otros Jefes de Sección para despachar los asuntos pendientes en cualquier momento y á la hora en que lo estime conveniente.
