Antes de aplicarse una sanción disciplinaria al {empleador}, debe dar oportunidad de ser oídos tanto al trabajador inculpado como a dos representantes del sindicato a que este pertenezca. No producirá efecto alguno la sanción disciplinaria que se imponga pretermitiendo este trámite. (Modificado por el Art. 10 del Decreto 2351 de 1965)
