División de Registro Nacional de Valores. El literal g.) del artículo 11 del Decreto 2739 de 1991 quedará así: "g. Elaborar los estudios financieros, económicos y jurídicos necesarios para decidir sobre las solicitudes de inscripción de títulos en el Registro Nacional de Valores".

Parágrafo

Adiciónase el artículo 11 del Decreto 2739 de 1991 con el siguiente literal: "h. Las demás que se le asignen de acuerdo con la naturaleza de la dependencia".
