Art.47. Deberá decretarse ejecución cuando del documento exhibido resulte una obligación expresa, clara y exigible de pagar una cantidad líquida de dinero o de otra cosa de género, ó de entregar una especie ó cuerpo cierto, ó de hacer.

Entíendese por cantidad líquida la que puede expresarse por un guarismo determinado, sin estar sujeta a deducciónes indeterminadas aunque ciertas.
