Las Instituciones Especializadas debidamente registradas ante la autoridad de salud respectiva, instalarán y mantendrán en funcionamiento los equipos y tecnologías necesarias para el acceso al sistema y la base de datos por parte de las Seccionales de la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada.
