Incentivo especial para ascenso en el escalafón. Los docentes estatales que presten sus servicios en zonas de difícil acceso o en situación crítica de inseguridad o mineras, disfrutarán, además, de una bonificación especial y de una disminución en el tiempo requerido para el ascenso dentro del escalafón, según reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional.
