Autorízase al Gobierno para otorgar a la Compañía Constructora del Ferrocarril del Pacífico una prórroga por el termino de ocho (8) años, que principiarán a contarse desde el 18 de febrero de 1919, para la completa terminación de la líneas que tal Compañía se halla obligada a llevar a cabo de conformidad con los contratos de 30 de diciembre de 1905 y 23 de enero de 1908.
