°. Con su declaración de renta y patrimonio el trabajador debe presentar un certificado del patrono en el cual conste la fecha de despido y la de reincorporación, si se produjere, el valor del salario devengado durante el mes inmediatamente anterior al despido, y el de la indemnización pagada.
